Karma Yangdon is a lecturer in CST, RUB. She holds a master's degree in English (TESL) with a focus on second language development and approaches to Language teaching. She has 14 years of teaching experience in both schools and colleges. The book on " identifying fluency of Bhutanese students" is based primarily on observation and findings; immersing oneself in a teaching setting for an extended period. Therefore, the book aims to help the teachers to develop student's reading skills in school.
