PaSsu is one of the foremost Bhutanese bloggers and co-founder of Community of Bhutanese Bloggers. He also co-founded Writers Association of Bhutan with his friend Nawang Phuntsho. He served as school teacher for a decade before resigning to found and run Bhutan Toilet Org.
