The History of Bhutan

If History was narrated to us like in this book, we wouldn't have slept in the afternoon classes. This book allows us to appreciate history in a most thrilling way. History will never be the same again after this book. All Hisotry teachers must own a copy each of this and use it as the mother document. It will not just give us the depth of knowledge but also that freshness in narrative.

PaSsu Diary: A Journal of an Ordinary Bhutanese

I have been an ardent reader of PaSsu Diary blog for many years, but lost track of it for several years. This book has selected the best articles from the blog and presented it in the chronological order giving a follower like me perfect opportunity to catch up.

The Circle of Karma

We owe it to this book for lighting the path and leading the way for all of us.

Bhutan at Her Best

This Must be the first book in the world that has emerged during the covid pandemic to tell the stroies of hope and inspiration. I'm yet to read it but the fact that it's already published is worth 4 stars.

Gaki

This book is great attempt at educating children on law... But it failed to be appealing to children, the very targetted audience because of the overall presentation.

Turning Point- A True Story

I must applaud the bravery of the author to expose the story firsthand; while it served its purpose of justifying and answering the unforgiving media attention- the author somehow leaked the truth. While author may not be as guilty as he was charged, he declared himself that he isn't as innocent as he has claimed I this book. One could see the desperation.
As a work of literature, it need more depth.

ལྷོའི་ཆོས་འབྱུང Lhoyi Chojung

This is a translation of one of the most important book of literature in Bhutan.

Dear Seday

It's a very nostalgic story of 90s love told in a very unique style. The book has very high potential that's hidden in its bad packaging... the color scheme used is very gloomy and the font could be anything else but that.
The cover picture need not be so obvious.

The book deservers a second edition with a whole new look.
