His Eminence Leylop Sangay Dorji launched the Namthar of Late Khewang Kinley Gyeltshen, titled, “??? ???? ?? ??????: ????????? ??? ???? ??? ??????????? ?? ???? ???? ??? ????? ?????,” at the Great Hall of Buddha Dordenma at Kuenselphodrang. Lams, Khenpos, and clergy representatives of whom were once the students of Late Khewang attended the launch. Also present at the launch were the DeSups and members from the Buddhist Orientation Program. Besides the Life and Benovelence of Late Khewang, the writer also recollect the spirit of teacher-student life at Lekshed Jungney Shedra, which was once a mouth of talk, not for any fame or reputation, but a center of excellence in learning and practice under the guidance of Late Khewang, who was widely respected as ’strict disciplinarian’ among the clergy. Lopen Choten Dorji, a writer of the Namthar, who is currently a BDK Research Fellowship at Kyoto University in Japan was quoted as saying, “No one had dared to ask or request for biography from Late Khewang who has maintained a low profile.
